We work with many different partners to support both seniors and mobility-impaired individuals with access to a variety of health and wellness services in Vancouver and throughout the Lower Mainland. We are a growing group and will continue working with new partners to scale up mobile outreach, reaching and helping more people who may have no other access to healthcare and much needed wellness services.
Appointments are available through our online form. We invite you to submit an appointment request to make an appointment, or request one online. Online appointments are not immediate and may take up to 24 hours to be confirmed.
Our partners are majority of the time registered, however coverage will depend on your health insurance. We ask you to consult with your Mobile Health and Wellness partner to learn more.
At this time our partners are mobile, so it isn’t possible to accept walk-ins. We highly recommend appointments so that we can come directly to you.
